We are pleased to present a limited run of this beautiful Rwandan coffee, calling it the 'sticky wicket' in homage to Waringstown's cricketing tradition. We take it to a medium roast, which is just enough to develop the flavour notes of dark chocolate and preserve an orange-like juiciness.

This coffee is grown by a collective of hundreds of small farms in Giheke and processed at the Liza washing station, which is owned by fourth-generation coffee farmer Jean Paul.
